Preparations are under way for Countryside 2011 following this year’s hugely successful inaugural campaign – and rural businesses in Sussex are being urged to sign up today.
Nearly 200 members of the agricultural industry turned out to hear the latest news on Europe’s Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) at the South of England Agricultural Society’s Autumn Conference.
FRUIT and vegetable growers will be displaying their rosiest apples, shiniest shallots and plumpest potatoes at one of the South East’s biggest horticultural and countryside shows next month.
